Sport Stuff

The Warriors are fast becoming the team that the NBA feared they would become. They lost a couple of games early this season, but have since rattled off 9 straight wins, last night beating the Lakers149-109. The Lakers were the last team to beat them a couple of weeks ago.

Former T-Wolve, Kevin Love had 34 points in the first quarter last night. Yes, that's an NBA record. He's getting his three-point touch back. Last year, Klay Thompson, of Golden State, had 37 points in a quarter, but it wasn't the first quarter. In case you're wondering, Love only scored 6 more the rest of the night in the Cavs win.

The Vikes play today, I'll be watching the game at my Aunt Maybelle's during the Thanksgiving  meal. Diggs (knee) is not expected to play for the Vikings. My hopes for the game are not high. But its Thanksgiving. Family and food take center stage. The game is just the background today.

Skol Vikes! Go Thanksgiving!
