Palmer just signed a three-year, $50 million extension to his contract with Arizona Thursday.
And it looks like he tore the ACL on his left knee again yesterday, the same one he tore in 2006 while with the Bengals. He's going to be out for quite a while. Coming back from that injury TWICE is very unlikely.
Arizona was flying high this season in the division that also includes Seattle and the Niners. I can't imagine how he and the Cardinal fans feels right now.
