Number 3 Auburn was stunned by unranked A&M last night. This late in the season, that kind of upset will kill your season even with the new playoff system in place, and number 5 Alabama didn't do itself any favors by going into OT last night against LSU. Number 6 TCU may pass pass them in the rankings now.
Determining the final four for the playoff is getting harder every week. It's not quite as fun as every upset meaning something, but at least NOW the games are starting to matter. I can watch them and enjoy them again.
And the Gophers being good for a change helps even more.
