Kevin Garnett Retires Quietly

The Timberwolves bought out the remainder of Garnett's contract so that he could retire. He came back to work with coach Saunders, but when Saunders died, it kind of put everyone in a difficult situation. KG was one of the NBA's all-time greats, but 21 seasons was enough.
