I haven't been following the playoff games too closely this season. It appears Houston is the better team this year against an ailing Warrior line-up. And it looks like the young Celtics are giving the aging Cleveland team a run for their money, even with the renewed LeBron.

IF it's Warriors-Celtics, I'll probably watch some of the finals. If its anything else, probably not.

You actually have to have a reason to watch...

The funny highlight? Dozier getting a ball stuck IN the centerfield wall. 3 inches from being a home run.

It ended up being a ground-rule double.

Yes, Morrison had that big bases loaded double, late, but Jake Odorizzi's starting performance is what kept the game in hand.

The Twins picked up the veteran right-hander this year knowing his career WORST ERA was 3.97.

So far this year with the season about 1/4 over? 7.47, with 29 walks in 37 innings.

The Twins keep pitching him because Ervin Santana' finger rehab (which was supposed to keep him out a "couple of starts") is ongoing. He hasn't even officially started a rehab assignment yet.

I realized something yesterday. I can no longer watch a Twins game when they get behind early.

This is a radical paradigm shift for me. I used to at least keep it on as background so that I could see any possible comebacks, but now I turn it off and check every half hour or so on the internet to see if I should start watching again.

Since they never did come back yesterday. I never felt compelled to turn the game back on.

I guess with so much more to do, the Twins aren't as big a deal as they used to be for me.

Perhaps I'm growing up.

Or perhaps other interests have grown.

I still like watching when they're winning. And as of late, that's been more frequent.
