Wolves Trade Williams

Derrick Williams was the highest draft pick the Wolves ever had. He was drafted number two overall in the 2011 draft. He's only 22 now.

And the Wolves couldn't find a place for him. It didn't help that he played the same position as Kevin Love.

Yesterday we gave up on him and traded him to Sacramento for some defensive help. The Wolves have had very little luck in the draft. In 25 years, we've had Love, Garnett, and Rubio. All others have been mediocre at best.

Another one bites the dust.
