Those blasts last night were impressive. Torii continues to turn back the clock. Eddie Rosario, who I wanted to replace Torii this year, made his case for me with one pitch, and Vargas hit a ball that's still traveling...
All of that AND we had another great pitching performance from one of the young guys.
It was a great night to be a Twins fan. We're killing the struggling teams while playing good ball against the contenders. That's how you keep fan interest. That's how you give your franchise hope. That's why we keep watching.
