Training camp in Mankato this year is going to be short. The Vikes will head to Cincinnati early for their August 12th preseason game and have a duo camp with them their for a few days before heading back to their regular practice facility.
Total time in Mankato? 10 days.
Most NFL teams simply practice in their own facility nowadays, and with the Vikings scheduled for a new one in 2018 that includes a mini-stadium, it looks like the Vikes days in Mankato are now numbered. Next year's could very well be their last.
