Seahawks Win On Bad Officiating

The Lions and their fans are a bit miffed this morning. Calvin Johnson, the best receiver in the known universe, was stripped of the ball late last night just short of the goal line. That was a game-saving play, but what Seattle did with the ball after that (deliberately knocking the ball out of the end zone for a touchback) was not legal. The refs didn't see it, so Seattle won 13-10.

The Lions are now 0-4. Seattle is back to 2-2.

What a difference a play makes. I dislike the Seahawks so much, I was actually rooting for the Lions last night.

Consolation? I really don't like the Lions either. I'm glad they are off to an 0-4 start. I'd would have preferred them to be 1-3, though. Just this once.
