Each manager will have up to two replays granted a game. Umpires can ask for them in late innings. New umpires will be added to the majors and all will rotate to the replay booth crew regularly. Collisions at home plate have not been banned as of yet, but it's probably just a matter of getting the wording right, and then that will be included too.
Baseball is moving into the future kicking and screaming. And we'll all wonder what took so long.
Correcting stupid calls will take much of the insanity out of baseball.
I'm looking forward to it. Gardy might even last a few more full games this season.
