The Twins are having a much better time with the Yankees this year. Take last night for instance. Ricky Nolasco looked like a major league pitcher again while the Twins blasted THREE home runs (Wllingham, Arcia, and Plouffe). Arcia came up with a great throw to home as well.
The final was an easy 6-1 win against the real Bronx Bombers.
Before Willingham and Arcia came back, the Twins were lacking any real punch in the lineup. Perhaps this kind of power will make a difference yet.
Their recent struggles still leave them two below .500 and 6 1/2 games back in the standings.
