The Twins had a really nice rally yesterday to take the series from division leading Detroit 4-3. Perkins got a rare four-out save, starting out with the potential tying run on third with two outs in the eighth.
The Wild had a 1-0 lead at the midpoint of the second period, but went on to lose to The Blackhawks 2-1.
Both games were nerve-wracking. That's the nature of sport. That's why we watch.
