I am SO GLAD the Vikings didn't draft Johnny "Football" Manziel. It seems like he's making headlines everyday. And not GOOD headlines. More like Lindsay Lohan headlines.
The latest is that he flipped off the Redskins sidelines last night in frustration of how the 'Skins defense was treating him. He was late to practice last week and said he didn't think it was that big a deal. And earlier it looked like he was doing drugs in a public restroom.
He MAY yet make an outstanding NFL quarterback, but I'll take our QB pick any day. Divas have to be real, real good to prove they are worth the extra attention and effort.
We don't have to sit through the long maturing process in Minnesota to find out. What we have is just fine.
