Twins

It's difficult to be angry with the Twins losing to division leaders. Another great start last night by Gibson went to waste, but Baltimore's got some of the best pitching in the majors, so I can't blame the Twins hitters either.

Notes:

Dozier is second in the majors in runs scored. He's getting on base a lot even with his low batting average. And those hitting behind him have been doing a good job all season.

Sam Deduno is gone. It bothers me that we put him on waivers so close to the expanded roster date, but it's obvious we weren't planning on using him any more than we already were. Which wasn't much. I sure hope Houston can figure out how to use him. I need a name for next season of ex-Twins who did well after we got rid of them.
