Other than some sloppy baserunning, it's hard to complain about Torii Hunter's last 10 games. 4 hits including ANOTHER homer, and 4 more RBI last night gave Mike Pelfrey ANOTHER win.
The Twins hadn't even been three games above .500 since late 2010, now they're FOUR games over.
Wow. Just wow. If Pelfrey and Hunter want to keep on having amazing seasons, I sure won't stop them. The whole team is playing well above expectations. Runs, ERA, defense. All among league leaders for the last three weeks.
Still expecting the worst, as to not be disappointed, but enjoying the unexpected surge. And Detroit and KC are busy playing each other this weekend. Nice.
Over a month into the season and it's still exciting.
