Now, that's more like it.
Trevor May was good. Mauer is batting over .400 in his last 9 games (including some pretty nice extra base hits) AND that third inning was spectacular.
All of this with at least three pitchers currently on the disabled list.
I don't want to say the Twins have hope. That's the Curse of Death, (ask the Cranky One about that) but I will say that the Twins are playing well against average teams while playing better against the good ones.
And they've been BUNTING lately, for hits!
It's like they've been reading my blog.
