I didn't watch any of the games this year. What surprised me the most wasn't that this is Los Angeles' first Cup, but that the franchise has been around 45 years. I always kind of thought they were one of the "newer franchises." Man I feel old.
Yeah, the Lynx won the WNBA title last year, and are off to a great start this season but it's no big deal here. You either really like a team or you don't.
Transplanted sports fans probably have the hardest time adjusting.
It's really a bummer when the LA team wins the Stanley Cup and I don't care. Sort of like when the Lakers won too.
