I really don't know what's got into Francisco lately, but I am cautiously optimistic that he might actually have rediscovered what made him so good years ago. As bad a season as it's been, the Twins are just 7.5 games out of the division lead.
I can't believe I just typed that.
Revere had four hits. Mauer added three as well. The only bad part? The Twins stranded 13 runners. It's a good thing the pitching was great.
