The Twins won TWO games yesterday.
I haven't written that line in a long, long time (ever?)
I caught the last part of game one and the first two innings of game two. Those first two innings were great! A three-run homer in the first, and then Mauer showed off his power with a grand slam in the second. KC scratched its way back after that, but the Twins did manage to hold on and win 8-7.
De Vries looked great pitching in game one.
A solid fun day of winning baseball.
