Mauer went 3-4 last night to raise his average to .326. Cabrerra dropped to .329. Mauer has a chance at another batting title.
Vasquez was sharp for the Twins last night giving up only TWO runs in six innings. Though they aren't going anywhere this post-season, they actually have won three of the their last four games against teams who are battling for playoff spots. Playing the spoiler can be fun.
That seventh inning was really entertaining...
