I managed to watch the Twins game last night and it came in just fine. Other channels came in more and more horribly as the night progressed. NBC got so bad that it simply stopped broadcasting. That's what happened to most of my channels.
I saw enough of the opening ceremonies to declare that the British are stuffy and boring except for James Bond and Mr. Bean. But I already knew that.
I'm still hoping that the Olympic 3D channel will come in great even though so many others are failing miserably.
I got a call from my cable company that they now plan on fixing the problem between 1 and 5 p.m. Monday. That's a start.
