Scott Diamond had a rough outing last time out. Last night, however, was a different story. He pitched a three-hit, complete-game shutout.
Willingham hit another homer (number 26) and added 4 more RBI (76 on the season.) He's having an MVP-type season for a team that cannot get on track. The 11-0 victory last night sure was fun to watch, though.
Morneau added another homer, too. And Mauer is at least hitting singles better than he has in a couple of seasons. We're so CLOSE to looking good.
Still waiting for Plouffe to heal.
