Michael Phelps is no longer the leading U.S. swimmer. Ryan Lochte mopped him up last night winning gold in the 400 IM. Phelps didn't even get a medal.
There's more swimming to come and Phelps will most likely get his share of medals, he's just not as dominant as he once was. It'll make for more interesting viewing. That is IF your cable company gives you a decent signal and you can actually watch the games.
