I finally get to have a rant. I would have liked to actually watch last night's game. Why does the NBA make it so difficult for 3/4 of the country to do so?
There was only one other playoff game yesterday and it was done way earlier. Why does the NBA think that starting the game at 10:30 p.m. eastern time and 9:30 p.m. central time makes even a little sense? Don't they WANT as many viewers as possible. I know that on Saturday nights many go to bars, but there are a lot of potential viewers who still go to bed at a normal hour. Kids want to see these games, too!
NFL games start earlier, especially playoff games. MLB playoff games start earlier. WHY does the NBA do this? Even starting the game an hour earlier would give them so many more viewers. It's like they don't even consider anybody but the west coast. It doesn't make economic sense and it costs them fans.
Morons. Just another reason why so many consider the NBA a bush league.
On the lighter side? OKC won.
