Punching Glass

The New York Knicks are already down two games to none to the Miami Heat in their NBA playoff series having been killed in their first game and beaten soundly in the second.

What does their best player do to show frustration after the loss? He punched the glass casing that holds a fire extinguisher. Amare Stoudemire will now most certainly miss the next game due to deep lacerations in the palm of his shooting hand and in all likelihood is done for the season.

For all you kids who haven't grown up to be hot heads let this be a reminder to you, don't punch glass.

And for all of you who haven't heard the other stories of frustration over the years, don't punch metal lockers either.

Actually, the lesson to learn hear is don't punch things or people. Period.

Ask Delmon Young. He'll tell you.
