For the first time all season Minnesota got three straight wins.
With Scott Diamond taking the mound, I figured this would be a good chance to finally watch another Twins game.
I wasn't disappointed. Diamond was good. Span was great. And both Willingham and Mauer had lots of hits and RBI. Even Morneau had another 3 RBI.
I wish the Twins had some more good young starters available in the minors to call up because their two "new guys" have sure made a difference.
And their current lineup seems to remember how to hit. Especially with two outs and runners in scoring position. I told myself with a season this bad I was going to try my best to enjoy the good games. Last night was a great game and well worth watching.
