Rex Ryan is also very stubborn, but even he had enough of Mark Sanchez's horrible play and decided that it was finally time to switch quarterbacks in New York. Since Tim Tebow wasn't available because of broken ribs, he went with McElroy who pulled out an ugly 7-6 win.
