I'm really glad the Gophers have finally made another bowl game, but the NAMING of these things has really gotten out of hand.
I'll try watching part of it since it starts at 8 p.m. our time on ESPN, but I won't bother staying up for the ending. Nothing with that name could possibly be a big enough deal for me to lose any beauty sleep over.
Texas Tech, their opponent, has always had one of the biggest offenses in college. They had an average season this year and are relegated to this insignificant game. They know it and they want to CLUB Minnesota to prove that they are way, way better than their 7-5 record.
The better they clobber us, the easier it will be for me to get to bed early!
Win. Win.
