Despite having a horrible shooting night from Kevin Love, the Wolves were still up by 5 (with 5 minutes to go) last night. James Harden took control of the game at that point and Houston ended up beating the Wolves anyway,
Considering Houston is hot and had absolutely CRUSHED the Bulls the day before I don't feel too bad, but I'm still waiting for Kevin Love's hand to heal so that he can be Mr. Consistent again.
Its his consistency that drives the team, and barely getting beat by really, really good teams is hard to watch when you KNOW they are now good enough to win some of these.
At the same time, knowing we played this well with Pekovic leaving the game early due to illness, also means we can play WELL even when two of our top performers aren't having top performer type nights. That says a lot about the team as a whole.
